@Donna , @TobySOA i activated “inline css/js” option in beaver settings for frontend (last setting in the list), and it fixed current header / footer problems. You could try that, but please check your websites thoroughly afterwards, could break some css/js.
I had this same problem for years with BB and litespeed cache, got so bad i had to switch and stop using litespeed and use wp rocket instead which fixed the problem.
however i did start using litespeed again on a few sites this last week, and guess what, the exact same problem happened on a few of them after a couple of days, where the whole layout just breaks.
I put many tickets in to BB years ago but never got any solution and the probs continued
Its very hard for a non cache plugin to know every possible cache setting for your server.
For example, litespeed on the server has 100s of settings to fine tune, then you have the litespeed WP plugin itself plus any other plugins you have so thats already 1000s of settings, now times that by the amount of people that use litespeed, the possible configuration setups is an atronomical number. There is a setting in BB advanced settings to include the compiled css and js for your layout inline in the HTML for people that have absolutely no control over multiple caching layers.
