Header layered over content

Hi, im thinking of upgradintoto pro so that I have more control of the theme.

I’m trying to create something like this on the homepage http://demo.studio press.com/altitude

Where the logo and menu are layered on top of the page. This is only on the home page and reverts to a black header on the other pages.

Am I correct that there are no transparent options for the header in the theme and that the way to do this would be to make the header use a black backgroubd and then make the home page use thr no headers/footers template and add a row at the top with menu module?

Or is there a smarter way to do this?

Thanks,

Mark

Hey Mark,

Just letting you know that we are looking into this and will get back to you shortly.

Thanks!

Hey Mark,

That’s not really possible using the BB theme out of the box. You can check the KB article below though to achieve this.
http://forum.wpbeaverbuilder.com/knowledge-base/transparent-headermenu/

Or you can also use the No Header/Footer page template for you homepage then do the layout as is. Also, on the latest update, the theme already has a transparency setting for the header.
