Header settings blocked by header

Hi
I am trying to edit the Header, but when I try to access the advanced row settings or layout I just select the row itself as it is overlaying the settings.
I have attached a screenshot of my challenge.
How can I get to the tabs “behind” the row?

HI I’ve exactly the same issue, my website header states displayed when editing pages and I cannot get to the top tabs to select rows / columns etc… did you get any answers ?
