For there to be such a big sales pitch for Beaver Themer’s awesome ability to design headers, so far the platform has been a total dud. Not even 10 minutes in, the elements refuse to change colors for font and backgrounds. Any suggestions? I can see from Google search other have had this same problem. Someone from BB assisted by linking to some kind of supposed resource at a site called “scancast” or something like that, but I was unable to access it because I am not a paid member of that site. I do, however, have the pro version to BB and I would like for it to work. What’s troubling is that if others have had this same problem over the years, then why don’t the developers fix it. Obviously it is designed wrong if people are not figuring it out. Make it easier. Less friction. Seamless. Stop thinking like software developers and force yourselves to empathetically think like an end user. Put yourselves in the shoes of people who run businesses for a living – and not the business you’re in. Okay, done preaching. Now can someone please tell me how to change the colors in the elements in the Beaver Themer Header tool?
Ive never heard of “scancast”, google search just brings up 3d scanners. No mention of it other than this post here or in our ticket support system…
I see you opened a ticket and its already has a reply asking if you are using themer, as thats included in your subscription.
As for the “elements refuse to change colors for font and backgrounds. Any suggestions” im guessing you have some sort of extremem caching going on here but thats all we have to go on.
If you’d like us to help you debug your situation we would need to actually see the site with the issue. Its impossible to hand out solutions with no info to go on.
