I am needing to create a home banner that will rotate separate images with text or graphics on them. What is the best solution to do this? I have tried several things but not had any luck. Depending on which situation you recommend is there a certain size that the images need to be?

Hi Cody,
Thanks for getting in touch! I would recommend using the Content Slider module which will allow you to insert slides with content on each if you like. It’s a pretty robust module so let me know if you need any help once you get it in there and start configuring it. Re. size, that really depends on your site and if it is full width or boxed. Generally speaking, I shoot for around 2000px wide with the height being variable if the site is full width. If the site is boxed, you can definitely do smaller in width. Another aspect that is important is the size of the images. When saving for web from PS, I try to come in around 300kb per image to save on loading time. Hope that helps!
