How do I anchor an image to the bottom of a row?

I know almost nothing about CSS, but if I am given specific code I think I can figure it out. I have an image of a guy that needs to stay on the bottom of the row when the page compresses. I have given the image a CSS class ID of anchor-image.

I’m not sure how you built that row, but maybe with two columns and a text module + image module? Could you set the column properties to be equal height and the content to be align bottom in the column settings?
