How do I get a Beaver Builder theme to go with my BB standard package

As it is now I can only edit child pages. I cannot edit my main WordPress Page or alter the header and footers of any page.
Thank You,
Alex

Hi Alex,

Unfortunately, Beaver Builder currently doesn’t support pages generated by WordPress. These include the default home page, Posts page, archives, category, tag pages.

However, you should be able to edit pages you have created, not just child pages. Also, if you want to edit your home page. You will first need to setup static pages.

Then how do I get a homepage that corresponds with the rest of my site?
Do I have to get the Beaver Builder Theme? If so how?
I want to use BB to control my whole WordPress site/experience.

Hey Alex,

By default, WP sets your homepage as aPosts page, which BB doesn’t have access to, as explained by Danny above. You can change this to a Static page though, under Settings > Reading. Once this is done, WP sets that page you have selected as your homepage. Check the screenshot below for reference.

Hope this helps!
