How do you create a button on a page so the link goes to a location on the same page

I have buttons on the top of a page and I want those linked to different locations on the page, so users can select the button instead of scrolling down the entire page. (But all the sections have to be on this one page and not different pages). How can I set up those buttons so it links to a location on the rest of that same page?
