How to add a custom css class to a column

I want to add a custom css class to a column using page builder. Can you please explain how to achieve that?

Thanks

Hi Rohi,
open the column settings (click on the wrench icon on the column top bar), then choose the advanced tab.

On columns that already contain modules you’ll find the column settings button at the top of each contained module (click on the side by side rectangles icon).

Best,
Alessandro

Thanks for the help, Alessandro!

Rohi, let us know if you need anything further and have a great day!

Billy

Hi,

Thanks for the reply. But my question is how can I add a custom class in Column Settings>> Advanced>> CSS Class? Where should the custom css be defined to call that class?

Thanks

Hi Rohi,

You can add the custom CSS in the theme settings panel under the code tab. You will see an available CSS area to where you can write any custom CSS you need!

Best,
Billy

Hi Billy,

Can you please specify where exactly is this? “Theme settings panel under code tab”

Thanks

Hi Rohi,

My apologies. To find the code section, navigate to Appearance > Theme Settings > Code within the WordPress dashboard. The Code tab will be in the menu listing on the left hand side of the Theme Settings page.

Best,
Billy
