How to add a menu to my Blog page?

Since I have the Theme Header disabled and am using the BB Menu Module (which I like) I can’t figure out how to add a menu to my Blog page. http://a-cman.com/blog

Is it possible to write a complete menu into style.css (/Blog page specific) or is there an easier/better way? Maybe I am just missing something simple?

Appreciate any advice on this.
