How to build three columns and several rows of text boxes

I can’t seem to get the boxes to go horizontal. They only want to stack on top of each other.

Can you provide a screenshot of the boxes you’re referring to on the TEFLcourse site and a link to your site where the boxes aren’t horizontal so I can take a closer look.
