How to edit columns with content? I know there is a way....

I must be completely missing something but as soon as I add any kind of content to a column, I cannot edit the column any more. I’ve tried hovering over the last pixel of the column, right clicking, waving a dead chicken… I just cannot figure it out and cannot get any kind of editing indication to show up (like with rows, images, text boxes etc.)

I know I’m going to kick myself - but how do I edit a column, after I have added content to it?

Once content has been added to a column in a row, one edits the column settings from the module that was placed into the column. See the screenshot below: click the ‘column icon’ in the text editor module (the one to the left of the ‘X’)

Duh! I knew it would be simple

Thank you.

Again - to ensure I am not being dumb - there is no way to duplicate a column or move it - as there is no dedicated “control” box for the column… ?

Thanks Lyle!

Steve - you can duplicate modules and entire rows at the moment.

Best,
Billy

Thanks Billy.

Just to be 100% sure - and reading between the lines, you are confirming my observation - columns cannot be duplicated or moved if they have content (in the current version of BB.)

Thanks

Yep, that is correct. The content can be duplicated, but not the column that it resides in at the moment.

Thanks for the confirmation

Steve
