How to enable fixed header in BB

Hi there, this is my first post so please bear with me and sorry if I’m making any newbie mistakes.

I’m trying to find out how to enable a fixed header in BB, or to put it another way how can I make my existing header fixed.

I don’t have Beaver Themer nor do I use Beaver Theme, I use Astra Theme.
