How to make primary menu item to show name but not linked to a page

I’m new here. We are using BB and theme Evolve Child 02. I want to know if there is a way to make one of the primary menu items not an active page. Continue to show the primary menu name, but no link, rather only have the ability to select the 2 drop down submenu options and not allow you to select that primary page. Thanks!
