I actually want the footer with the copyright info plus some menu items I don’t want in the main nav bar. E.g. I want a link to credits page in the footer. I would need to go to somewhere in a back end file to find the text Powered by Beaver Builder and delete the text while keeping and adding menu items to the footer.
Where do I find the text to delete? And can I then make a footer menu for the template I’m using (Minim church-and-state-in-america)

Thanks for getting in touch! You should be able to edit the contents of the footer under Theme Customizer > Footer > Footer Layout. You could place a menu there as well if you like. If you want to change the default text though, you can edit the /bb-theme/includes/copyright.php file.
The footer is part of the theme while the template is from the plugin. If you want, you can create your own template. Just do the layout via the Page Builder and save it as a template under Tools > Save Template.
