I am not able to get any automatic updates in Dashboard

Hello,
I bought Agency license couple of months back and everything was working perfectly but since last 20 odd days, I am not able to receive any updates to the plugin, can you please look into the matter?

Sorry to hear about the issues! Would you mind letting me know which version you are currently on? Also, do you have an active license in the page builder settings panel available in the dashboard?
