Image being resized by Beaver Builder

Hi
I add an image via the photo module.
Its size is 1000px wide and it looks fine before I save the changes.
On saving changes the image gets resized to 474px wide with proportional height.
If I view the image info it is indeed 474px x 318px but the url is:
http://i1.wp.com/www.kidsdu.co.nz/wp-content/uploads/2015/03/cycle_header.jpg?w=474
so my question is why is BB adding the w=474 parameter to the URL that is presumably causing it to dynamically resize to 474px wide.
I have inserted such an image on a scratch page here:
http://www.kidsdu.co.nz/scratch/
That image was 1000px wide when inserted using the photo module.
I have searched the CSS long and hard and can’t find anything to cause it to resize so my guess is the parameter w-474.

Ok I sorted it…
The image url was the clue.
https://i1.wp.com/www.kidsdu.co.nz/wp-content/uploads/2015/03/cycle_header.jpg?w=474

i1.wp.com is a CDN which is part of Jetpacks Photon component and it is this service that is resizing images.

I didn’t get an option about this service being active so I was unaware of it’s actions until that pesky image url gave it away.

I disabled it and its all fine again so this is not a BB issue so this can be marked as resolved.

Hey Mouli,

Glad you figured it out and thanks for sharing what was causing it! Have fun with The Beaver!
