Hey Haris,
Thanks for getting in touch! I’m thinking there may be a plugin compatibility issue. I tried recreating your layout from my local dev environment and it works just fine. Let’s have you go through the plugin deactivation route on the staging site, i.e., disable all plugins and test the Beaver Builder while reactivating each to determine if the issue is related to a 3rd party plugin.

to tell you the truth i dont think so since the plugins are the same both staging and live - same versions and everything - any other reason this might occur?

I figured. But then, if that’s the case, it would mean that both sites should be experiencing the same problem and not just the staging if this was an issue caused by the BB plugin. Do you think you can try recreating that layout on the live site and see if you get the same thing? I already tried on the staging and same thing is happening.

the only thing different is the bb theme actually - staging is v 1.3.1 and live is version 1.3.0.1

I’m using the v1.3.1 theme and v1.6.0.2 plugin on my local dev and I’m able to recreate the layout from your live site just fine. Do you think you can update your live site to the latest version and check if the problem occurs after doing so? You can take a backup of the current theme beforehand.

Hi Ben, just migrated everything to the live site and the crop is working. It seems it had something to do just on the staging site. Anyway thanks for the help
