Image gets croped on mobile device (iphone)

Dear Support,

I started building a website today and am very happy with most features. Here is the link to our site, an IT service for senior citizens: https://www.cenior.de

As you can see, the logo image on the title page is shown well in a desktop web browser (Chrome latest). Yet, it gets croped in a small square on iPhone (Safari).

Please help. I am happy to send you login credentials to the site if needed.

Hey Stayko,

Welcome to BB forums! I’ve tested your Website and I’m able to see this issue using BrowserStack on iPhone 6 Safari. It looks like an issue with the photo module. I’ll go ahead and file a bug report for this so our lead dev can check this further.

Hey Stayko,

Just wanted to chime in here. Are you using the latest version of the plugin 1.6.4.6? I believe we’ve fixed this issue there. Have a go at updating your plugin, clear the BB cache, and let us know how it goes! :slight_smile:

Hey Stayko,

It looks like you’re still on version 1.6.4.5. As Ben mentioned, if you update the plugin to the latest version (1.6.4.6), this issue should go away. Give that a shot and let us know how it goes.

Thank you. Could you please advise on the best way to update the plugin? I see no update option in the admin panel and not article about it in the knowledge base. Thank you.

Hey Stayko,

You can update the plugin by clicking on the “update now” link. To do that, navigate to Plugins > Installed Plugins. I’ve attached a screenshot for your reference. Let us know how it goes.
