InfusionSoft List Missing from Subscribe Form

Hello! I’m trying to use the Subscribe Form widget with “InfusionSoft Services.” I have everything setup correctly, and I see most all of the lists/campaigns we have created in InfusionSoft EXCEPT for the one that I need. How do I get that to show up?

Hi Anne,

Unfortunately, I am not familiar with InfusionSoft. Therefore, whilst I set up an account with them to test, would it be possible for you to provide temp admin access, please?

I was able to manipulate the html code provided by InfusionSoft to get the layout to how I want it, so I am no longer using the Subscribe widget with the IS service. Thanks! Sorry to bother!
