I have a strange problem.
If I want to insert a picture in Beaver builder I can’t see the ‘Insert image’ button. If I add an image using the regular WP editor, I do see the button. I turned off all plugins, that does not help. I’ve made screenshots to support the isue, here is one. I use the theme ‘Access Press store’. Do you know what goes wrong? I have made some other sites with BB and there everything goes well.

Welcome to the BB forums! 
That is actually caused by the styling your theme has for buttons. If you could provide temp admin access, I could get in there and possible override the said styling to make it work. You can post the login details here, just use the private reply option below.

I’ve already added the styling on your style.css file since I can see you’re using a child theme. You should be good to go!

But… if I try to insert an image I still can’t see the button…
This is the way I do it:
Page (wth BB / Pagebuilder) ‘Maatkleding’ , Base modules / Image (in Dutch that’s ‘Afbeelding’) , I’ll drag it to insert under the word ‘Maatkleding’, Select image, I now see the ‘pop-up’ screen where I can select the image. I can select it OK, but… I still don’t see the blue insert image button (in the ‘media toolbar’). Do you see it there?

I just tried inserting an image on that page using the Photo module and it works just fine. Try doing a hard refresh on your browser and see if that’s it.
