Issue creating a single page for custom post type

Hi,

I have a Custom Post Type called Organisations, the page currently is using Beaver Builder to create the template, what I want to do is create a single-organisation.php and bypass Beaver Builder altogether.

I have created
single-organisation.php
single-organisations.php

in both the bb-theme and bb-theme-child just to try and get the page to load, I have also flushed the Permalinks.

When I hove on the Beaver Builder menu on the page iot says Organisations Page - Singular but it is still using the content created previously in Beaver Builder.

Please help.
