Javascript Form Showing Up Below Footer

Not sure what happened but our Javascript-embedded form is now appearing below the Beaver Builder footer.

Any advice and guidance on how to resolve this would be appreciated.

I have a similar issue right now with embedding a donation form. Did you manage to resolve this?
