Just a heads up that when I updated plugin via WP admin on a test site - it said update Failure (I didn’t take a screenshot). Then the Plugin disappeared from WP plugin page and was not available in settings. Tried to re-install via WP upload and said Failure - folder already exists.
So I had to login via SFTP and delete bb-plugin folder. I then re-installed via WP admin upload and everything worked fine.
Not sure if there was a plugin conflict or what caused it - but thought I’d share just in case anyone else has a similar problem.
