I have a Pro Version active until Janary 2017. Suddenly the website I am using BB on shows the subscription is needed, update unavailable. When I enter my license it still shows inactive.

Can you check on your Account’s Domain Manager and see if the domain is deactivated there? If it is, simply reactivating it should fix you right up!
