Link to specific blog post

My Beaverbuilder website is now live! Woo Hoo!

One of the ways to increase viewers, I’ve been told, is to publish a story in a MailChimp mass emailing, and give just a few lines of it, then link it to the specific story in the blog page of one’s website. Can you tell me how to link it to a specific post on my blog page, or direct me to a site that tells me?

Thanks.

Hey Douglas,

Congratulations on your first BB site! I’m not really sure about the question though, and it’s not really something specific to BB. Hopefully, someone from the community will jump in here and guide you. Have you also tried posting on the BB FB Group or ask from the guys over at our Slack Channel? You can check them out below.

to include a link to a post in my Mailchimp emails, just go to the blog post in question, copy the url and then in the Mailchimp editor, highlight the text for the link (for example:‘read my post here!’) and then click the chainlink icon in the Mailchimp editor area. Past in the URL to the blog post.

Hey Rod,

Thanks for jumping in! I was under the impression he was looking for an automated way to do it via MC.

Ben

Thanks, Ben. I will check out the Slack channel.

Thanks, Rod. Actually I’m looking to link to a specific blog on the blog page, not simply the URL for the page itself. The blog I want to link to might be the fourth or fifth blog down the page, not the most recent one at the top.

like I said, go that specific blog post (click on the link from the front page) and copy the URL to that specific post, not the front page of the blog.

Okay, thanks Rod.

It’s a new site, and I only have one post on my blog page. I wasn’t aware that each separate post would have an individual URL. When I post my second one, I should be able to see that for myself.

Thanks for your help.
