Logo Aspect Ratio Squished/Squeezed on Mac OS X 10.5.8

The top logo on the site www.wendywdesign.com appears correctly on most browsers/computers that I have tested. I had one person give feedback that on their Mac computer the top logo appears squished or squeezed and changes to strange dimensions as they resize the browser to different dimensions.

They tested in Safari and Chrome on Mac OS X 10.5.8.

I can email screenshots if that would help.

Thanks for getting in touch! We’re currently having issues with Retina Logos at the moment, you can check out this thread for more info. I have already issued a bug report regarding this yesterday and our lead dev already found the cause and should roll out a maintenance patch soon. In the meantime, would it be possible to get those screenshots so we have more information about this issue? You can upload it to an image hosting service like imgur and paste the link here.

Hey Eric,

Thanks for those images. Do you know what Mac model your client was using when he found the issue? We just need to know if the model has the Retina Display or not.

It is a 2009 Mac Book Pro without Retina.

I was wondering if there was a fix to this yet.

I removed the Retina logo from this site until the fix is completed.

Hey Eric,

Our lead dev already found the cause of this and has already rectified it. It’s just a matter of releasing the maintenance patch. I’ll talk to the other members of the team regarding this and see if we have a turn around time for you.
