Looking for UNDO

So, pushed a wrong thing by accident and lost half of hour of work. Is it true that there is absolutely no undo, and I have to learn hitting publish every minute or so, to recover it in WordPress if something goes wrong?
I am new here so every time I try something I have to save it?

Please tell me I’m wrong, and the smartest way to solve the problem.

Undo redo was added in 2.3

Awsome, thanks! Where is it? Last things come up with google reaserch/ this forum are from 2018, so didn’t find.
