Lost the ability to duplicate protected content specifically - only am given the option to Edit, Quick Edit, Trash, Preview.
Is this the new update, bug or plugin conflict? Anyone else experiencing this?

I assume you are talking about pages here?
If you are not seeing duplicate than either you have disabled the feature in the advanced settings:
Or some plugin is filtering the wp action links and removing it.
Protect content specifically, this is what im seeing. Checked advanced settings and toggle is on.

What is “Protect content”?
Is it a post type? Have you enabled BB for that type if it is?
