For the Map, how can I add details of a city where the Google map displays more from a distance, for example London would show seeing the whole UK map ?

Unfortunately, our Maps module doesn’t have an option to have it zoomed out by default. You may want to try other Maps plugin that are more robust like WP Google Maps. You can also head over to our User Voice Forums and add that in as a Feature Request!
