Menu does not work on mobile devices

I realized that after the last two updates to the plugin menu area accessing via mobile is not touch-sensitive . I need to touch MANY times to open the menu.
I need help.

Hey Rafael,

That is caused by this styling you’ve added via CSSHero. See screenshot.

Removing the negative margin-top should fix the issue.

Hello Ben

Excuse me for beast question, but how can you know that this was edited via css hero? (question from a beginner)

Hey Rafael,

Based on experience, styling from CSS Hero have that <style></style> on the right when checked via the element inspector. I can find it here.

Ben Yes, exactly, I did it.
But has a blank spacing that need to lower and will not be the case with working with negative uninvolved?

Now I removed the -49px and so this:

If I need to go up the content that appears on the slide.

PS I removed the -49px and yet the mobile does not work direito…e the strange thing is that it began to occur after the last updates of the plugin, and was previously working … has anything to Ben?

Hey Rafael,

I am checking the site right now on mobile and it works just fine, compared to before. Also, the plugin has nothing to do with the menu of the site as it is controlled by the theme.

I would suggest removing the padding/margins set on your row and module for the slider. That is what’s causing the content to go down. Also, since you are probably using a shortcode for the slider, I’d suggest try putting it in an HTML module.

Hope this helps

Ben

You might want to clear the cache on your site. Also, doing a Hard Refresh might help.

Ben

Hi Ben , but why remove paddins and margins ? They are being used properly, are not they? Because removing ?

PS : For the slide control I followed his advice and I am using html module and insert the shortcode generated by revolution slider.

But I had to put a margin -19px to stay as desire :

Hey Rafael,

I meant padding/margin just on the first row/module. Because the padding on that row and the margin on that module is what’s causing the gap between your slider and the header. The text editor was adding a <p></p> too before your slider causing an additional gap. But that works fine as well.

Ben thank you again for your help. For now everything working .

No worries! Enjoy The Beaver!
