More detail on new feature - Added new actions for inserting content

Hi there, I’m wanting to add a call to action block at the bottom of every page of a website and I’m looking at a few options for how to do this.

I took a look at the changelog and noticed this “Added new actions for inserting content within various parts of the theme.”

This sounds like it might fit the bill - could you give some more detail on this? Are there docs on the action locations?

Cheers

Wow, thanks @kcchai! I didn’t know there were hooks like this - amazing stuff!

It would be incredible to be able to insert things from the BB plugin into areas of the theme, especially saved rows / modules.

I’m inserting a footer call to action bar and by using the hook it means the client won’t be able to edit this. If it were possible to add elements that would always be in the theme, but they were still editable by the website admin that would be amazing. Perhaps this could be an optional CTA area in the footer that’s editable via the customiser?

Cheers for the support!

FYI here’s the other thread about some solutions on this http://forum.wpbeaverbuilder.com/support/q/use-saved-row-or-template-as-headerfooter/#post-77427

Hey Simon,

Glad that worked for you, enjoy BB and let us know if you need anything further!

Thanks!
