My BB editing function also isn't working.. details listed here:

I saw another post about this, so i wanted to expand with my info. I havent been able to edit my site at all with BB (i built it all with BB several years ago).. my php is current 8.5 version. BB plugin = Version 2.11.0.6. BB booster = Version 1.0.9.2

When i click to launch BB, the page loads but there’s a blank white bar at the top and no way to edit anything. I have disabled a bunch of plugins and cleared the BB cache, and it still doesnt work. However, i am using ‘WP error monitor’ plugin, and its showing me these:

What you have posted from your “error monitor” are just PHP warnings, not errors.

What normally stops the builder from working are javascript errors, if you open your browsers dev tools, click on the console tab THEN open the builder, you will likely see the javascript errors reported there.

I did what you mentioned above, and this is what pops up in the console of the web tools for my firefox browser:

“Beaver Builder caught the following JavaScript error. If Beaver Builder is not functioning as expected the cause is most likely this error. Please help us by disabling all plugins and testing Beaver Builder while reactivating each to determine if the issue is related to a third party plugin.”

then it has a new line that says:

“TypeError: can’t access property “zIndex”, s.cssNumber is undefined” on line 2 of (my website url)/plugins/jquery-updater/js/jquery-migrate-3.6.0.min.js?ver=3.6.0.

i tried reinstalling the BB stuff and a different browser, but no change. thanks again for your assistance!

Have you tried it with the default wordpress jQuery? Looking at that line there you are forcing an older version of jQuery to be used for some reason?
