New Install BB-Pro Not Working Correctly

Hi.

I have just installed BB-Pro together with license key. I am using Tyler Moore’s Tesseract2 Theme. I have also tried to use BB - Theme with same issues.

I about 12-15 pages on my site so far. On logging into WP and opening a page in PageBuilder I find that most times the PB tools work correctly EXCEPT that the Text Editor has lost the Visual Page formatting tools, and I was unable find an image in my Media Library trying to load a photo. Subsequent to this, when I open a page in Page Builder I’m take to the front-end of the page, and the page builder features or tools are not responding at all.

I also notice that when I installed the license key the message was that I was not successful in subscribing for updates.

I have two main plugin’s apart from BB. These are Caldera Forms and Master Slider, both of which are in use on this site. Before purchasing BB-Pro I built the pages using BB-Lite. There did not seem to be any problems with Master Slider as this is working fine. My initial work with Caldera Forms appeared to be fine. I have de-activated Caldera Forms, but the result is as I have described it above. I do have two forms on the website on two different pages and one of the forms uses conditional logic.

My operating system is Windows 10. My server is provided by Wealthy Affiliate. According to WA they do not allow plugins or themes which require time to time outbound connections to remote servers. Is it possible that this is the problem? If this is a problem, which hosting would you recommend.

I am happy to provide you with user names and passwords if you wish to play with it yourself.

Thank you for your response. It is much appreciated. All the problems I reported earlier appear to have sorted themselves out and everything is work. Computers and Software are amazing things. So I am back building my site and all plugins are now working.
