New install of Builder can't be activated on a page

Hi:

I installed the builder plugin and network activated it. I then went to a site, created a new page and then clicked on the page builder tab. I get an error message: “Sorry! That page doesn’t seem to exist.” The BB theme is the active theme.

Not sure where to go from here.

Thanks in advance for any pointers on how to fix this.
