nginx fastcgi cache issue

Hi,

I am using nginx websever with fastcgi cache. Sometimes it cache the file without bb plugin’s css so that the format was lost. I have to purge cache to make my site back to normal but few hours later it happened again. Please advise how can I resolve this issue?

Hi Ahon,

We’ve had users before having problems with nginx but seems to have been resolved by changing the configuration. Check this thread on Wordpress.org. If that doesn’t solve the issue, we may need temporary admin access to your WordPress site and if possible FTP too so we may dig deeper.

Thanks Ben,

It’s different from my issue. Builder works good from my end. The layouts lost only when user reading our web pages. And mostly it happened when you browse in mobile or tablet.

Hi Ahon,

Can you try upgrading to the latest version (1.5.5)? I believe we fixed this issue in 1.5.4. Let me know how that goes.
