No Navigation Arrows on Slideshow Module in Chrome

I have a slideshow test at the top of this page http://e2f.577.myftpupload.com/

In Chrome Slideshow Module does not display the Navigation Arrows. I tried disabling all other wordpress plugins and browser extensions. That didn’t resolve the issue.

I tested the page with Microsoft Edge and the arrows work.

That’s strange. The only difference I can think of is that I am on Windows 10.

I was also noticed this morning that “Drag and drop to reorder media files.” does not work in Chrome but does work in Microsoft Edge.

There must be some problem with my browser. When I had a co-worker look at the page in Chrome on Windows 7 he was able to see the arrows.

I have just added your site to BrowserStack running Windows 10 with Google Chrome. The navigation arrows appear there to?

Is it possible for you to provide temp admin access and do we have permission to disable plugins and switch themes if required?
