Not sure what happened. BB Plugin has worked great up to now. We used to be able to duplicate rows of content and then edit but now duplication does not stick and even though we can add a row, no content like text editor can be added. We drag it over and then nada! Please help. Plugin and Wordpress and Genesis theme all updated to current.

Sorry to hear about the issues! Sounds like a plugin conflict has come into play. Can you please disable all plugins and test Beaver Builder while reactivating each to determine if the issue is related to a 3rd party plugin? Let us know what you find and we’ll go from there!

Thanks Billy - I could not find the plugin culprit. However, after testing the plugins I am now able to manage a work around. I can duplicate a row, then refresh page and then I can see the duplicated row and edit. Wish it worked like it did before but we will manage with this.

That’s a really weird behaviour. We can certainly keep looking if that’s fine with you. Does this happen on all pages or only on a single one? We may need temp admin access to the site though which you can post here using the private reply option below.

I just tried logging in but it seems the creds aren’t working. Do you mind checking? Also, once we’re in, would it be fine if we can disable plugins, change themes and such to isolate the issue?

I’m getting a JS error while inside the Page Builder so there’s definitely a 3rd party conflict here, either one of the plugins or with your theme. Unfortunately, the user above doesn’t have access to those so I can’t check further. Do you mind sharing network admin access?

This is caused by the WPFront Notification Bar plugin. If you network deactivate that, everything should be back to normal.
