Using BB Plugin and Theme (everything is current).

Just added a 75 x 75 image to a page using the Photo module. It showed up at what looked like 150 x 150. There were no other option than Full Size. It only moved to 75x75 when I chose to Crop the image (Square, etc.).

Here is a screenshot showing an image I added and cropped using Square at the top, and the exact same image I added below it but have not cropped yet. The settings panel is for the second, uncropped image.

Am I missing something or is this a bug?

Well, since then I have changed this up. I headed over to my testing page to try to replicate the problem and it works now. Strange. Oh well. I’ll let you know if I run into it again.
