Order by Menu Order on Post Settings

Hi,
I’m trying to sort my posts by menu order in my post settings on this page, and it doesn’t seem to be working.
http://soulbuffalo.wpengine.com/destinations
I created a new menu in the back end of Wordpress and dragged the posts into the order that I wanted them.
Please help.

Hey Mindy,

Do you by chance have a caching plugin installed? If so, can you try clearing it, refreshing the page and seeing how they order? Just to confirm, you’ve set the menu order in the post editor interface via the dashboard for each post, correct?

No. I don’t. Do you have one you recommend?
I have the menu order set in Appearance>Menus, but am not sure how to set menu order in the post editor.
Hope this makes sense.

Hey Mindy,

We love WP Rocket, but it’s a premium plugin. ZenCache is a good free option. On the menu order, would you mind sending along temp admin access via the private reply option below so I can take a look?

Hey Mindy,

Just realized that menu order field only works with custom post types other than actual posts! However, I think a quick plugin may fix you up here. There are a ton out there, but my first search found this one. Give it a shot and let me know how it goes!
