Hi Guys. I have jus started a site and the page builder option is not showing in the page template dropdown list. The site is http://emilleodendaal.com/
I an on the latest version os al the themes and plugins. i am using beaver and dynamik.
I apologise, but I am not quite sure which dropdown list you’re referring to. Therefore, would it be possible for you to provide a screenshot of the dropdown list you mean, please.
Once, we have this information, we will be able to assist you further.
Hi Herman,
Access the page builder from the front end of a page and there is a page builder option in the users toolbar across the top of the page (make sure you have it turned on in your user profile).
Or when accessing a page in admin (like in your screenshot), click that blue button below ‘Page Builder is currently active for this page’
HTH, Dave
HI Dave, Sorry i think there is a missunderstanding here. I am refering to the page template option as per the Image i posted. The options on this site is only
Default template
Archive
Blog
Landing
compared to the image from a current development i am doing (image attached where there is an additional option
pagebuilder
I am using it on Dynamik and on all previous installations it is working 100% on all my previous and subsequent setups. I even tried to reinstall beaver but with no avail. I do a very standard setup in terms of themes and plugins of all my new sites. I then only add “custom” plugins that may need.
Just letting you know that the page templates are being handled by the theme itself, in this case, Dynamik. Are you on the latest version of that child theme? If you check this blog entry, it states that the Page Builder template was just added during Dynamik 1.8. Are you on that version? Can you double check?
