Page builder interface loads but I cant add any content. Also the Settings will not load.

Welcome to the BB forums! 
I’m getting a lot of forbidden to access errors once the page builder launches. Chances are, we don’t have read/write access to any of those directories. I’ll post in a separate private reply a screenshot for reference. You might want to get in touch with your hosting company and have them update the file/directory permissions on your install.
