Page changes upon publishing

Heres a picture of how it should look and how it ends up looking. anyway to fix this?
its supposed to be several rows of two pictures in a row but when published it turns into one picture per row

I am running WordPress 4.8.9 running with the TESSERACT theme and most updated beaverbuilder

I think that it is cache issue. Properly clear all caches and check again.
