Please help us by disabling all plugins and testing Beaver Builder while reactivating each to determine if the issue is related to a third party plugin.

Update the BB with version 2.3. Hope that it will fix the issue.

They updated the plugin. But auto update option is disabled for sometimes. See the changelog https://www.wpbeaverbuilder.com/change-logs/

Right now you will update the plugin manually.

Updating Beaver Builder wont fix it, hes using the lite version anyway.

Looks like some payment gateway error, googling the error you find loads of similar errors on mostly Indian sites, so must be a common plugin, this site with the same error is using something called razor-pay.
