Photo settings not showing custom image size options

I have two custom image sizes on my site. When adding a photo in Page Builder the photo settings dropdown does not list the custom sizes. It just shows the default Thumb, Med, Large, Full. I’ve upgraded to the latest BB plugin. I’ve regenerated all thumbnails. It lists the custom sizes in the media library, but not in the BB plugin.
