Placing Callout Heading in the Middle of the Image

Hello,
I’m just trying to place the callout heading in the middle of the image. I’ve tried recreating this via CSS and am getting a little frustrated. I was hoping you guys might be able to help me out. Here’s a screenshot of what I’m attempting to do:
