Suggest me a nice plugin for Facebook Pixels similar to this Trackify Xfacebook pixel app basically I need it for facebook ads retargeting? Looking for a prompt response.

I am not aware of any plugin. Best course of action would be to ask this question on the WordPress support forums who should be able to recommend one. 
You don’t need a plugin because you can add the scripts into the header area in the customizer. Additionally the Insert Headers and Footers plugin will allow you to do this as well. https://wordpress.org/plugins/insert-headers-and-footers/
