Plugin won't load before and after last update

Hi All,

Our site here:

We cannot get the plugin to load the builder screen when we click on it. Never any issues before, this is a recent thing.

We have changed over to SSL recently, but I recall it working just fine prior to this.

Any ideas?

Hey Craig,

Thanks for getting in touch and sorry to hear you’re having this problem. Usually, issues like these are caused by a plugin conflict. Let’s have you go through the plugin deactivation route, i.e., disable all plugins and test the Beaver Builder while reactivating each to determine if the issue is related to a 3rd party plugin.

Hey Craig,

I just went over to /wp-admin and logged in but it’s redirecting my to the /my-account page? Is there something special I need to do to get to the backend?

I don’t think the latter is possible though. The closest thing you can get to that is by using a child theme and renaming it. Any changes to the main theme would be gone when there is a new update.

Hey Craig,

Problem is caused by enabling the Redirect ugly URLs to clean permalinks option in WPSEO. Disabling that should fix you right up!
