Posts carousel doesn't load on Firefox

Hi,
The posts carousel has been working perfectly on Firefox for several months … Since I updated the site and added an article to the carousel: boom! The carousel appears during like a second and after : white screen with the loading icon. The problem doesn’t appear on Edge or Chrome. I erased my old carousel to make a new one : still the same problem. On the other hand, if I turn in beaver builder mode and “modify” the carousel, when I leave the modification mode, it appears.

Has anyone had this kind of problem?

I have it too. Sometimes I can see the carousel after I edit the page in BB. The client is using Firefox - like 85% of the site visits, so I can’t update this site yet.

Exactly ! Funny thing, it seems to work when I do some tests on Browserling. Yep, even on Firefox https://www.browserling.com/

We put a fix for this in BB 2.4. This is a major release so is currently download only in My Account and auto updates will be turned on probably next week.

What you can do is download 2.4 from your My Account page and upload that in the Plugins area of WordPress. Now with WordPress 5.5, you can update existing plugins with zips.

Once you upload it, it will ask you if you want to replace the current plugin files and you’ll say yes and then you’ll be updated.
