Problems with using BB in Woothemes Canvas

Hi there

It seems like the plugin does not work with Canvas?

When I press the pagebuilder icon on the page that I want to edit, after a short while I am connected to the actual side I wanted to change but without the BB?

Like if I entered the page from the menu from the front page of my site.
Do you have a suggestion as to why that may be?

Hey Troels,

I haven’t used Canvas yet, but I do know that there are WooCommerce pages that aren’t accessible by BB as they generate their own HTML. Are you attempting to use BB in a supplied WooCommerce page by chance?

Appreciate your quick response.

No I am using BB with a normal Canvas page and no Woocommerce.

Have you experienced themes that do not accept BB?. Howabout Woothemes (apperently apart from Canvas)and themes from Studiopress do they generally connect well with BB?

Hey Troels,

I actually have a copy of the Canvas theme and it works fine on my localhost with BB. Let’s have you go through the plugin deactivation route, i.e., disable all plugins and test the Beaver Builder while reactivating each to determine if the issue is related to a 3rd party plugin. Let us know how it goes!

No props. BB works perfectly well with Canvas now. It was probably a plugin or maybe the browser that caused minor obstacles.
